The staff made this stay feel homely. They were friendly, supportive, and caring, like brothers, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I really appreciated their kindness and professionalism, and would gladly visit again.

The property is astounding, peaceful, and thrifty, with good rooms and hygiene. Ordering food can be a little difficult since it’s newly established, but the staff are helpful and tried their best to serve us. There’s no telephone in the rooms, so keep a staff member’s number handy. I suggested they add phones.

The quiet atmosphere and cozy, modern feel made the hotel relaxing. The common areas were tidy, and the whole place was spotless, from the linens to the bathrooms. Staff were warm, polite, and quick to help, whether with room service or travel tips at reception. I had a wonderful stay at MOUSTACHES and would recommend it for a clean, comfortable, welcoming place.

I spent two days here on a solo trip and had a really pleasant time. The food was tasty, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Surrounded by nature, the place has cozy rooms and a peaceful atmosphere. A nice spot to unwind, meet other travelers, and enjoy Pahalgam.
