The restaurant food was outstanding, with great taste and attentive service. The front desk team also deserves a mention for being helpful and well coordinated. Thanks to everyone for making my stay in Yelagiri so pleasant. Totally recommended.

The pool is huge, the play area was well kept, and there are plenty of activities for kids. Sterling Yelagiri is a lot of fun for families who want nature and things for the children to enjoy. The staff were very courteous, welcomed us with smiles and helped with everything. The rooms, though, are basic and feel dated, including the furniture and fixtures. Value depends on what you're after, if basic rooms are fine, the price can work. Booking in the off-season may get you a better deal. Bring patience for the room quality, and don't expect five-star luxury.

The food in the restaurant was tasty and hygienic. Some of the restaurant staff couldn't speak Tamil, but they were so friendly that communication still felt easy. Everyone we met, from security and reception to the restaurant staff and room boys, was polite and welcoming. Our room was clean and the bathroom looked nice. This was our first stay with Sterling group of Resorts at Sterling Yelagiri, and we had an awesome time. I'd highly recommend it. May God bless you and your families abundantly.

The location was good, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had a decent variety too. Still, there weren't enough staff, and they didn't seem well trained. Check-in took a long time, plates weren't cleared regularly during the buffet, and room service missed basics like towels and milk powder. The towels they did provide were old, and there wasn't enough parking for the number of rooms. Food was charged at 18% GST, though it's unclear why when room rates are below ₹7,500 per night. I emailed to ask for clarification and sent a couple of gentle reminders, but nearly a month later, by 24-Jan, I still hadn't received a reply.
