The rooms were decent, and the hotel is easy to reach for boating and Natural park. There’s no restaurant, though, and they can’t even provide tea or coffee, which is a drawback. Breakfast comes from outside, isn’t customized, and has no live dishes. The restrooms were average, with no air fresheners.

The resort now feels almost abandoned and isn’t well maintained. You won’t get all the amenities mentioned, and the photos on booking sites and Google are old. Treebo may be a big name, but the property no longer looks like the images. There was no TV, toiletries, or daily cleaning. Only one person seemed to be taking care of everything, and they couldn’t understand Tamil or English. They should maintain the resort to match the photos, which would bring guests in.

The villas were comfortable and thoughtfully designed, with beautiful views. We booked villas A and B. The setting is a little remote, but still walkable from the city center, and that distance gave us a quiet, peaceful stay. The main problems were maintenance and service. The gym and both the indoor and outdoor play areas were poorly kept. The room brochure said breakfast ran from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM, but during our stay it was limited to 8:45 AM to 9:45 AM because, reception said, there were fewer guests. Yet every table was occupied when we went to the restaurant, so that shorter window didn’t make sense. The in-room menu listed snacks from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, but the restaurant wasn’t operating. Wi-Fi was unavailable too. Mobile coverage was so weak that we had to depend on Wi-Fi for internet and TV, and it wasn’t working at all. The villas themselves were well designed and comfortable, but these service gaps and the poor upkeep affected our stay. I hope management uses the feedback to improve things for future guests.

The food was average and not very tasty, and the quality felt basic. There wasn’t even a toaster for the bread. We also asked for a dental kit after being told to collect one from reception, only to be told it wasn’t available. Our stay was full of avoidable hassles. We arrived around 2:00 PM, checked in, and then found the toilet flush wasn’t working. Reception said it would be fixed, but after lunch and another trip back from indoor games, it still hadn’t been sorted. We followed up several times before getting a different room around 4:00 PM. That room was fine, though its AC remote didn’t work at first and had to be fixed later. The next morning, the water heater wasn’t working properly. They said hot water would come in 10 minutes, but it never did and nothing was fixed. Their policy says a 24-hour stay, but we only got about 10-12 hours of proper stay, with all these inconveniences. This was one of our worst stays. Service, maintenance, and facilities need a lot of improvement.
