After a long day of travel, the quiet atmosphere was especially welcome. The room was roomy, clean, comfortable, and had modern amenities and a lovely view. From the moment I arrived, the warm, attentive staff made me feel welcome. I had a fantastic experience.

The security person was helpful and cleaned the vehicles each morning without asking for money. The resort has a swimming pool and campfire, with parking in front, and it offers discount coupons for attractions like skyraa and fundera. The rooms feel a bit dated, with oversized pillows that caused neck pain and a bed that sagged a lot, perhaps because it was old. None of the room boys knew Tamil, so communicating was difficult. The rent seemed a bit expensive, and food brought from their other branches took about 40 minutes and was on the high side. The morning buffet starts at 9:15 AM.

The hotel was in a quiet spot surrounded by greenery and fresh air, and the atmosphere felt calm and family-friendly. We found the food tasty and hygienic, and service was quick. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the polite staff were ready to help with whatever we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. I’d recommend it to families, couples, or anyone visiting Yelagiri for a peaceful break.

The service was courteous, and they cleaned our car at checkout, which I appreciated. The room and bathroom were clean, though some bathroom fittings were damaged. Rates seemed a little high, and the complimentary breakfast was below average.
