The manager's advice was basically to “adjust” or leave, even when problems came up the next day and I asked for help. We had nowhere else to go because it was a busy weekend, but that didn’t seem to concern him. A broken toilet seat, an AC that didn’t work, and towels that looked ancient were apparently things we were expected to live with. In their view, this was a five-star paradise and we should feel lucky to be there. 😒🙂 The way he spoke to us was also upsetting. He said two people shouldn’t talk to him at once, and when he was already speaking to my husband, he made it clear that I, as a woman, should stay quiet and let the men handle it. I was only trying to add a logical point.

The staff welcomed us warmly and looked after us throughout, always attentive and ready to help. The property was clean, neatly kept, and well organized. Everything felt comfortable and well arranged, and the food was very good. Complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. I had a really pleasant, relaxing stay and would recommend the hotel for a vacation.

29-May-26: I can’t reply to your response, so I’m editing this. Please read my message. I called asking for the invoice with a SEAL and signature because people don’t trust an electronically generated invoice. Check your call logs and WhatsApp requests. You didn’t respond, but now that there’s a review, you do. Don’t cover up your failure. After checking out, all I needed was a soft copy of the invoice with the hotel stamp. I called several times and followed up, but got no reply. I explained in detail to the manager why I badly needed it, and they still didn’t care. How can you get repeat customers or referrals this way? Pathetic. The manager took no accountability, and this is how a hotel’s reputation deteriorates and it eventually fails.

The property is conveniently close to the main station, yet the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. I stayed with my family for three days, and it was one of the best places to stay in Yercaud. The complimentary food was good, and the polite staff cleaned the rooms daily, so they felt freshly checked in each day. The General Manager was very friendly and explained everything clearly.
