The front desk staff were welcoming, polite, and helpful, so the arrival started well. The room was another story: stained sheets, a faulty feeling door lock, stuck windows that wouldn't open, and a washroom flush that didn't work properly. Neither the Wi-Fi nor the TV worked during my stay, which was a real inconvenience. The room's upkeep and basic facilities need serious attention, even though reception service was good.

I couldn't get help from OYO when the hotel failed to provide its service, and they refused a cancellation refund. There was no receptionist, and when I called, they switched the phone off. The building seemed shady and the rooms smelled bad. I could see how they were because every room was left open.

The hotel is far from the railway station and bus stand, and the receptionist's manner was poor. Staying here felt like a complete waste of money, and OYO didn't seem to care that amenities were unavailable. Inside, the walls, beds, and blankets were dirty, though the bathroom was okay. TV, AC, and Wi-Fi didn't work; when I asked about Wi-Fi, they said the recharge had run out and hadn't been renewed. There was no drinking water, and the dustbins weren't cleaned.

I wouldn't recommend it for a comfortable stay. The room was tiny, the sheets weren't clean, and there was no wardrobe or Wi-Fi. It felt like the hotel wasn't being maintained properly.

There was little to this place beyond a room with an attached bathroom. Hygiene, water, and service were all lacking, along with anything else you might expect during a stay. Spending a night here was horrible, and I wouldn't recommend it.
