The restaurant staff and food were the best part, and the washrooms were clean. The location was okay, but the room price felt way too high. The room was a good size. You can get black tea, but not milk tea in the room, and if you get too cold, you may have to ask for an extra blanket more than once.

No food was available, but the room had complimentary black tea and black coffee, with a kettle. We had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless and spacious, with very comfortable bedding. Staff were helpful and warm, always greeting us with a smile.

We had a really bad experience at Dreams Paradise. The geyser wasn't working, and nobody seemed bothered to fix it. Room service was very poor, there was no power backup, and there was no intercom. They gave more importance to customers who booked directly through the hotel website than to those who booked online. The food was fine.

That balcony made the stay for me. From the room we could look out over the hills, and it was a lovely spot for coffee in the morning or relaxing later on. Hotel Dreams Paradise is only about 300 meters from Yercaud Lake, with shops and places to eat close enough to walk to. Getting around by bus or car was easy too. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the open restaurant had tasty food and a laid-back feel. On weekends there was a campfire with DJ music, which our group really enjoyed. A good value budget stay in Yercaud, and it worked well for families, friends, and couples.

The staff were polite and quick to respond, and the breakfast was superb. It felt safe and had a nice ambience, so I’d suggest it for a family or friends’ stay. Give it a try and you’ll see why I’m saying this.
