WOW Bison Woods Resort Yercaud

We woke up to fresh air and greenery at WOW Bison, and the resort still felt peaceful despite being near sightseeing spots. The food was comforting and enjoyable in the cool Yercaud weather. The staff were warm and attentive throughout, especially Deena, Datshina, and Navin, who helped make everything comfortable and well managed. On our return journey, Muniyandi and Alamelu went out of their way to help us find good hotels for lunch. We really appreciated their thoughtful guidance, which made the trip back easier and less stressful. It was a calm, refreshing stay with a caring team. I’d gladly visit again and recommend it to anyone heading to Yercaud. 🌿✨

I spent 2 nights and 3 days at the resort, and we had a pleasant stay. Mr. Vivek deserves special thanks for his excellent support, and the staff overall were polite and helpful. The garden is well maintained and has interesting, useful organic plants for kids. We also had a wonderful morning forest walk. Most tourist places are nearby, which made getting around convenient.

The ambience was peaceful, the buffet breakfast was enjoyable, and the stay itself was decent for our one night. But the check-in and checkout timing felt inconsistent. We arrived at 1:30 PM and were told to go for lunch and come back at 2:30 PM, even though check-in time was 2:00 PM. The receptionist didn’t apologise for the delay, which came across as unprofessional. Then, at 11:50 AM during checkout, we got a call asking when we’d leave. We said in about 30 minutes, but were told to vacate by 12:15 PM because another guest was expected. If they’re strict about checkout times, they should keep the same punctuality for check-in. That inconsistency made us feel unwelcome.

The rooms were comfortable and impeccably clean, and the bathrooms were fragrant and well maintained. Dining was excellent, and this is a top-notch choice for pure vegetarians. The hotel had a welcoming feel, with outstanding service from the dedicated staff, including Alamelu, Anbuvalli, and Unnamalai. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, and it stands out as a great choice for a relaxing getaway.
