I stayed for two days. The first day was fine, but the next day they said the rent had to change and they wouldn't honor the previous rate. Then they talked nonsense and used dirty language. This was the dirtiest experience I've had at a hotel, and theirs is the dirtiest hotel in all of Zirakpur.

Nice hotel 🛏️, with nice staff, good room service and everything.

The receptionist was dirty and drunk, the rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with cobwebs, and the bathroom was dirty too. They claim to have a restaurant, but that's not true. One of the worst experiences I've had. Families should avoid it.

Very bad experience. Staff cooperation was zero. They never even asked once about water, tea ☕, or anything else, and they didn't provide water in the washroom. They pressured us to pay at check-in, but after payment, they never once asked if we were comfortable. ☠️☠️☠️
