I paid 4065 for two rooms for one day, and it really wasn’t worth it. There were mosquitoes coming through the open windows, and the room smelled strongly of perfume. The basin knob and flush switch were broken, and the TV didn’t work. The room felt shabby, and there was no generator or digital setup, so if the power went out at night, there was no backup. I’d suggest not booking this hotel. It was a very bad place to stay.
The room was fine, and the receptionist was cooperative, but the hospitality wasn’t that great. The washroom was unhygienic and needs to be improved. That was one of the least hygienic places I’ve seen. Regards, Piyush Sharma.
I came for rest before my flight back to Mumbai, but left at 5.00 after arriving at 3.15 in the morning on 27th June. The first room’s AC wasn’t working. I called reception repeatedly and got no answer, so I went downstairs to complain. They moved me to another room, but its AC didn’t work either. I got fed up and left, yet was charged 40% of the tariff. Money wasn’t the main issue, I needed rest. I rate this zero. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH OYO. Please check a hotel’s standards before listing it, because we trust OYO when we book.
The manager was nice, but the room wasn’t good, so I can only give two stars for last night’s stay. I’d specifically asked for ginger tea, but nobody acted on that. They served me the same tea that had already been made for everyone.
The pictures on MakeMyTrip looked totally different from the actual place. The bed had bugs too. A terrible place to stay, so book at your own risk.
