The room wasn't clean, and the staff were very rude. They switch off the AC early in the morning so customers will leave before 11 O'clock.

The room was poor, and there was no AC remote or blanket. The toilet was so cramped that using it properly was hard, never mind taking a bath. The bathroom door was so low you had to lower your head to get through. Everything in the hotel is done manually. It was such a bad experience that I'll never recommend it.

A friendly, good hotel on the main road near JP Hospital Zirakpur. The staff are cooperative, and the service is good too.
4/10
I stayed there on Nov 20 and had a very bad experience. The staff weren't cooperative, the room wasn't clean, and I found hair all over the bed. Room service was very poor, and the geyser didn't work properly. I suggest choosing another hotel.

The rooms were in awful shape, and the service was just as bad. The staff seemed cheap and foolish to me. It felt like customers were being ripped off at the place.
