FabHotel Jannat

I found this hotel online while comparing prices in Zirakpur, and it was the best value for money. Since we arrived early, they let us check in ahead of time. We had refreshing mocktails, got to rest, and really liked the buffet. Everything was praiseworthy.

The staff’s polite, helpful hospitality was the best part of our stay. We got spacious, clean rooms, good parking, quick room service, and tasty food for a reasonable price. Everything lived up to the name of the hotel, “Jannat”. I enjoyed staying here.

The hotel is right on the highway, so getting around was easy, and the price was very reasonable. My room was very clean, and the food arrived quickly. The staff and management were excellent. I had a jannat type experrience here last week :)

We left about half an hour after getting our rooms because they were dirty, the blankets were dirty, there were no heaters, and the hygiene was poor. Luckily, we hadn’t paid yet. When we refused to pay the full two-night amount, the unprofessional receptionist started shouting, became hostile, and threatened us. After a huge stand-off, we managed to leave, but ended up giving them money to settle. Poor customer service. I’m never staying at another fabhotel again.
