S.R Residency

We stayed for eight days after coming from Mumbai for our cricket match. The hotel management and employees were very helpful, and they served delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They also took care to keep everything hygienic and spotless.

The city location was convenient, but we’d expected a three star hotel and found this to be two star. The rooms were satisfactory, though the washroom was filthy and its taps and faucets didn’t work properly. Service was slow, and there was no restaurant or room service. It made for a challenging stay.

We found the hotel handy for local markets, food stalls, and chaat shops, and the price was budget friendly. The rooms were spacious, neat, and clean, with tidy bathrooms and basic amenities still in place. There was a geyser for hot water, a must in winter, and the food was delicious. The staff were cooperative and helpful, so we had a wonderful stay.

The hotel is close to local markets, food spots, and chaat shops, and it’s a budget friendly option in Zirakpur. The rooms were spacious, neat, and clean, and the service was good. Staff were cooperative and helpful, and the basic amenities were covered despite the low cost. I enjoyed aloo paratha and tea for breakfast, and the other food was delicious too. Had a really nice stay.
