The washrooms were unhygienic and the geyser didn't work, while the bedsheets were very dirty. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but they didn't provide it. They also charged us 60 rupees for water bottles, even though water is free everywhere. The rooms were very cheap. Don't book this hotel.
A good hotel, formerly Royal Wood. The staff were good, and both the room and washroom were neat and clean. Fresh water, good service, and a perfect location. All good.
At midnight, after we'd paid, they charged us 700 rupees for the extra bedding. The workers had promised earlier that they'd arrange it for us. The hotel's service was the worst.
Ill-maintained rooms and staff made for a pathetic stay. Even one star feels too generous for this poor hotel.
The location made everything nearby easy to get to, and the service was on time. The food was delicious, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were polite and helpful too. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Thanks for the excellent service!
