We booked all 18 rooms for two nights. The staff were polite, the food was excellent, and I appreciated how spacious the rooms were. But almost all the bathrooms were missing a proper water facility by the toilet, and several rooms had flushes that didn't work. Relatives visiting from overseas had to use a bucket of water manually, which was embarrassing for us. Please get these bathroom problems fixed soon. With that improved, the property would be excellent in every way.

You can hear traffic and noise from other rooms, so there's no privacy at all. One of the worst hotels to stay in. Not recommended.

At Rs 1000 per night, I got a good agoda deal. The rooms are spacious and there's a good in-house restaurant, but they need more maintenance and repairs. The bathroom tap leaked and the curtain rod was broken.

Really nice staff behavior, and the food quality is worth appreciating. Everything was very good, and the rooms are clean 👍😌👌🙂

The seminar at hotel spades, conducted by generali life insurance, was very bad. Staff behavior wasn't good, and they don't attend to their clients. They make fools of parents by conducting these seminars. Don't go there.
