The transportation was good, with convenient pick-up and drop-off. We had a comfortable room, clean and excellent service, and very good food service too. The receptionist was supportive and treated us like family. Thank you, Hotel Aura Family. MAHARASHTRA GATKA TEAM.

The bathroom looked used and hadn't been cleaned, and the taps didn't work. The fan and AC also had technical problems. The rooms were dirty. This place isn't worth staying in even for free. Avoid it at any cost.
