Check-in and checkout were smooth and hassle-free, and housekeeping was prompt. The food was excellent and service quick. Rooms at Hotel Royal Park Resort, Chandigarh were clean, spacious, and well maintained, while the staff were polite, cooperative, and always ready to help with a smile. The peaceful, comfortable setting works well for business or leisure. Highly recommended for a visit to Chandigarh, and I look forward to staying here again.

The property has potential, with spacious rooms, modern amenities, and a main road location in Zirakpur. But the staff’s casual attitude and lack of hospitality affected the whole experience. At check-in around 11:00 PM, the receptionist told another employee, “iska booking check karo,” instead of welcoming us or helping with luggage. Checkout took nearly 15 minutes just to prepare the bill. The staff seemed to have enough manpower but weren’t proactive or attentive. The mattress was loose and uncomfortable, and the washroom had a persistent sewage odor. Breakfast options were very limited and the food wasn’t fresh. Parathas sat in a basket with no effort to serve them hot or fresh. There were three of us and an extra bed, but we got only one bottle of water. When we asked for another, they wanted ₹37 for a local-brand bottle marked MRP ₹20.

The restaurant food was truly delicious, and room service was quick. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and the courteous staff made the stay smooth and pleasant. A fantastic visit to Royal Park Resorts Zirakpur Chandigarh, and definitely somewhere I’d return to.

The team at Royal Park Resort were warm and helpful the whole time, which really added to the stay. We also enjoyed the freshly made food and the range of choices.
