Ronta World Hotels

I checked in at 8.30 am and planned to leave the next morning early, by 6.00 am, but they refused to provide breakfast. There was no hot water in the bathroom. When I asked, they took almost half an hour and still didn’t provide it. They also didn’t give me an AC remote. Choosing Ronta world hotel at Zirakpur was one of my bad decisions. Some of the worst service I’ve had.

The hotel is near shopping outlets, handy for anyone who likes to shop, and it’s close to the airport. Rooms are medium-sized. Some have a wall just outside the window, so if daylight matters to you, choose your room before checking in. The hot breakfast was good and reasonably priced.

It’s a great place to stay, peaceful and with no noise around the area.

The room wasn’t properly cleaned, and housekeeping seemed unconcerned with cleanliness and hygiene. Even after several calls to the service desk, my requests for basic things like fresh towels and toiletries were ignored. Reception was just as disappointing: the staff were rude, dismissive, unwelcoming, and made no effort to deal with my concerns. I recently stayed at Hotel Ronta, and the poor customer service started as soon as I arrived. The reception staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, seemed uninterested in guests, and answered questions and requests rudely. Overall, this was a highly unpleasant stay, and I wouldn’t recommend Ronta to anyone looking for comfort. Management needs to address the service issues.
