The people at reception were nice and gave our driver clear directions. The hotel also looks good from the outside and is about 15 to 20 minutes from the airport. But it smelled of smoke throughout, our room was dirty, the bathroom stank, and the water supply wasn’t proper. If you only need somewhere to sleep before an early flight, it might work. Otherwise, no.

The staff were cooperative, and the food was decent. This could suit business travellers staying just one night, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families. I hadn’t booked the hotel myself, I was sent here by the place I originally booked. Our first room had dirty linen and a stained chair, but they changed it when we asked. Some basic items, like toiletries, were missing or not up to standard.

The washrooms were filthy and stank, there was no water supply, and the staff were extremely rude and didn’t know how to treat guests. This place is so dirty I’d rather spend the night in my car. Book anywhere else.

I’d booked through Booking.com for an airport transit stop, but the receptionist said they were full and refused to honor the booking. The hotel is on a service road and looked very shady. After seeing the rooms, which were extremely unhygienic, I didn’t stay.

We got a good deal through booking.com. For the price, everything was good quality. The room and washroom were clean, and the food was really delicious. I’ll visit again if I get the chance.
