On 21 February 2025, there was no water in the washroom all day, the room was dirty, and both the room and washroom smelled. The owner ignored my calls, and the woman at the counter knew nothing about the services. I had to carry all my luggage up myself while with my 2-year-old baby. Even after repeated reminders, we got no drinking water and the room wasn’t cleaned on time. Breakfast took forever, so my mother went to the hotel kitchen and brought the food herself. The owner showed no respect or sense of responsibility toward guests. The positive feedback here is either misleading or because of Akshay, the manager on night shifts. The owner is a total fraud and doesn’t value guests. I’ve never stayed in such a pathetic hotel. MMT customer support didn’t help at all, and one person simply hung up on me, saying they couldn’t do anything. I’ll never book on the MMT app again.

After travelling almost seven hours, we needed to use the toilet, but it was dirty, with urine in the closet and hair in the vent. We asked hotel staff to clean it, but he said there was no staff and we’d have to wait at least an hour for someone to be arranged. We checked out within ten minutes and got no refund. I tried contacting fab hotel several times, but the associates were always busy, so I couldn’t report the issue. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Please don’t book here 🙏🏼

The only good thing is the location on the main highway. The hotel and room were pathetic, and there’s no service to speak of. They even charge for water. The positive ratings are misleading, and the owner asks guests to leave them at checkout.

For a budget hotel, I didn’t expect much, but my stay went beyond what I’d hoped for. Everything from check-in through check-out was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended!
