The location is very good, close to everything in Zirakpur, and the hotel is easy to find. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the rooms were okay for the price. The AC worked, but its remote didn't. Tata sky hadn't been recharged, and the intercom wasn't working. Breakfast is served from 9 to 10 am, which doesn't suit office people at all.

The rooms smelled and weren't very clean, and room service was completely zero. The staff were fighting with each other in the middle of the night and causing a lot of disturbance. Worst experience ever.
