The key lock system didn’t work, and whenever something breaks in this old property, they blame you. The rooms are poorly renovated and very old. Worst experience ever.

I’ve never seen a hotel cut off water and electricity at night before. The lift doesn’t work either. Maybe they have a kill switch for the utilities. This hotel doesn’t deserve any stars. Worst experience.

This was a nightmare, not hospitality. The staff were unprofessional, the bedsheets were filthy, and there were mosquitoes everywhere. A hotel should offer basic hygiene and comfort, but this one completely failed. If you value your health and sanity, avoid this place at all costs! 🚫

Our participants really enjoyed the buffet meal. We also appreciated the accommodations, which were generally clean, tastefully furnished, and well maintained. Thank you to Saurabh & Team Mint Hotel Premia for the quality service.

We used the hotel for our seminar and found it conveniently located, with a clean venue, efficient staff, and delicious snacks. The rooms were clean and well maintained, much better than other hotels in this area. Ms Komal looked after our needs as an efficient manager and adds value to the property.
