The location worked well, and there was parking if you wanted to leave your car. The hotel has a lift too, which is helpful for senior citizens. It used to be called "starlet prime" and is now "hotel Pearl Grand." I found the rooms clean and well maintained, with the things you need provided, and the reception was very good. They also serve good food if you order it. For the price, I thought it was a great hotel with very good facilities.

I checked in at night, and a wedding was happening, so the hotel wasn't serving food. They told me to order from outside. My room had no towel or soap, no dustbin, and a dirty bedsheet. It wasn't worth the money, and I won't book here again.

We booked two rooms through Oyo, but when we got to the hotel, only one was available. The room also had no towel, soap, or dustbin, and the bedsheet was dirty. Not worth the price.

Power was out the whole night, and we were left to manage our own safety. The staff were no help, and the comfort was awful throughout. There weren't many other guests staying there either. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. Just the worst.

The rooms smelled, and there were mosquitoes in the glasses. The taps were clogged, there was no shower, and the buckets and mugs were broken. The staff were terrible too, especially the elderly receptionist. This is the worst hotel I've seen, and I don't recommend it.
