Karada Daxil is only 700m away, a lovely, busy night market with everything we needed, and there are plenty of walking options nearby. The location felt safe. We also enjoyed a wonderful breakfast with varied food and drinks, plus delicious meals. Our room was clean and well ventilated, and the welcome was polite and professional all the way from the door guard to the desk. I really recommend this hotel to families and individuals.

We felt comfortable here and would stay again if we return to this cool city. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and took good care of us. The rooms were nice and breakfast was good. It's in a safe area and seems like a good option in the city center.

I took my business elsewhere after being offered a less competitive rate and what felt like an unprofessional approach. I had contacted Sales Manager Ali Idress about a long-term group booking for 12 people and hoped for a reasonable corporate rate, but the quote was higher than Booking.com. After I politely raised that, the sales manager then increased the Booking.com price by $2,500, seemingly to justify his initial offer. I hope management reviews its sales practices so they meet international hospitality standards.

The location is reasonable, and the service was friendly. My room was clean and comfortable, and the food was pretty good too. A pretty good hotel.

The hotel is near the center of town, and the rooms are very good. Breakfast had an excellent spread.
