Naba Alkaragoly deserves special thanks for making our stay so good. The staff were professional and genuinely helpful, and the hospitality and service were excellent. My pick for the best hotel in Baghdad. Highly recommend.

The rooms and hotel itself are good, but the very slow internet and the price make it hard to justify staying here. To me, it’s worth only about 30-40% of what they charge. I’d spend that money somewhere that feels worth it.
Lapizza Restaurant was a letdown, with food below what I expected from a hotel considered 5-star. The location is great, with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Service ranges from moderate to high, and the staff are very friendly, especially Alaa, Ali, and Mohsen at reception. The furniture is a little dated, and the towels, carpet, and pillow covers need more attention.
I was repeatedly asked what I was doing there, and each time had to explain that I had a room at the hotel. The minibar charge made the experience even worse: around $30 for two bottles of water, two chocolates, and two cans of Coca-Cola. I wouldn’t recommend booking here. Our company won’t make any more reservations at this hotel.
The price seems okay compared with other hotels, and it’s a good choice for a short business trip. It’s a good hotel in a perfect location.
