The café wasn’t crowded, but getting two milkshakes and a coffee took more than an hour. The servers were incredibly slow. The bill was also much higher than the menu prices I checked before ordering. I don’t know if they added a service charge, but the whole visit was frustrating.

The rooms are what stood out to me: each one has its own color and theme, from clocks and balloons to trees, city buildings, flowers, and modern graffiti, painted in vivid shades behind the beds. The communal areas and conference room have style too, and the restaurant is a pleasant place for a generous breakfast. Staff are professional and polite, and also friendly and smiling. 35 Rooms Hotel in Erbil is the chain’s second location after its first hotel opened in central Beirut. It’s on 100 Meters Street, across from the Italian village and close to Sami Abdul Rahman Park. The Kurdistan Region’s safety and the area’s business and financial growth were reasons for choosing Erbil. The hotel advertises itself as the trendiest in town, and many guests seem to agree, praising its service, cleanliness, and range of standard amenities. It’s presented as an affordable option for business and corporate visitors, for either short or longer stays, without giving up service or quality.

I’ve stayed here twice and hope to come back. It’s a cool little hotel, supposedly the trendiest in town :) The staff are really friendly and polite, and the room is always tidy and clean. They also offer free Nescafè and tea. There are lots of restaurants worth trying just a short walk away.

The rooms are clean, though a little compact, and the staff are helpful. Check-in and checkout were easy, and there’s a minibar and hot water. The internet connection could be better.
