My wife and I were charged more than expected: the rate was £80 a night, but I was charged £110. We also left a small bag behind and said we’d come back for it. A few days later, the hotel told us they had thrown it away. My wife got sick after breakfast too, after eating mushrooms that seemed to have been reheated.
