Divan Erbil Hotel

The team’s attention to detail stood out throughout my stay. Everyone was professional, and their dedication helped make the visit memorable. I really appreciated the warm hospitality and the excellent service.

I’ll stay here again next time. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were thoughtfully designed and kept clean. Housekeeping did a good job, and staff were helpful, bringing requested items within minutes. At check-in, the team was very nice and helped me with my booking. Breakfast service was good, though there’s room to improve.

We were a group of 14 here for a company business meeting, and the meeting arrangements were excellent. The location was quiet, very good, and felt highly secure. Reception welcomed us with warm smiles, and the staff were friendly and supportive. Our rooms were clean and hygienic, and breakfast was good. Mr Berisa kept my room clean throughout, and the housekeeping team were kind, humble, and professional. I’d really recommend a stay at divan Erbil.

The breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty of choices for different tastes and dietary preferences. There were pastries, healthy options, local dishes, and international favorites, all presented nicely. Staff were close by to help, so it was an easy start to each day. Cleanliness was consistent across the rooms and public spaces, including the lobby, elevators, hallways, and wellness facilities. Everything felt fresh and well maintained. From arrival onward, the staff were warm and professional, and they paid attention to small details that made the stay comfortable. It felt like a true 5-star experience, with genuine hospitality, lovely surroundings, and strong service. I’d happily return or recommend the hotel to anyone looking for comfort and style.
