Dedeman Erbil Hotel City Center

The room was the biggest problem during my three nights at Dedeman Erbil Hotel. The furniture looked worn, the lighting was poor, the bathroom felt cramped, and the water temperature and pressure kept changing. The air conditioning barely cooled the room, especially at night. Breakfast was limited, often cold, and not very fresh, while the Wi-Fi was unreliable away from the lobby. The staff were a real bright spot. Reception was friendly and quick to help, and housekeeping were polite, responsive, and clearly trying to make guests comfortable. Still, the hotel needs maintenance and renovation, and its condition doesn’t feel worthy of a three-star rating. It might work for a short stopover, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay.

The breakfast buffet is hard to beat, and breakfast is included. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with courteous, professional staff. Highly recommended.

The staff were especially courteous, and the open buffet breakfast was immaculate. I spent a few days at Dedeman hotel and found the location, facilities, and service all just right. I’d recommend staying here.

I can’t speak to the rooms since I didn’t stay in one, but the food and interior give a good impression. The dishes were delicious and usually not too salty, with a taste similar to traditional Airbull cuisine. I didn’t ask whether the meat was halal, so I’m not sure. I noticed the chef praying, which could be a positive sign, but it doesn’t confirm the food’s halal status. The taste and quality were excellent.
