You get a good hotel and breakfast for the price. It's a little far from shops and other services, though.

It's close to the center and exhibition, so the location is very good. The toilets aren't well designed, I'd give them 1/5. Breakfast is also 1/5, with limited choices.

The breakfast staff treat guests terribly, and the place doesn't come across as a four-star hotel.

We only spent one night here, but checkout was unpleasant. They charged us a fine over dirty sheets, and the receptionist was rude and abusive. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to travelers at all.

For the price, Seever Hotel was a great choice during my stay in Erbil. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Its location also made it convenient to get around the city. It isn't a luxury place, but it's good value and works well for a budget minded traveler wanting a pleasant, practical stay.
