My favorite part of the updated room was how spacious it was. The hotel and restaurant were both very clean, and the staff and service were excellent. Mr. Amer at reception was polite and respectful.

The staff were lovely, but my problem never got sorted. I stayed two nights, and both times around 9-10 pm they started drilling in the bathroom next to my room. I couldn’t rest.

We held a training at the hotel. The host and staff were really nice, the food was very good, and the location worked well too. I recommend it for family or business trips.

When I’m in Erbil, this is the best place to stay. Everything is great, from the clean rooms in good condition to the amazingly good breakfast.

The staff were especially respectful and friendly, always ready to help, and I had a comfortable stay. Van Royal Hotel is one of Erbil’s best, with a central location that makes exploring the city convenient. The food was delicious, with fresh, well-prepared local and international dishes.
