Family Motel Erbil

I came to visit from Canada and found Baghdad hotels better than this place. I wouldn't call it a motel or hotel at all. It was the worst place I've ever stayed. The rooms were old, dirty, and unrenovated, and they weren't cleaned properly unless we insisted. Even then, the cleaning was poor. They hadn't cleaned the room before we arrived, and there was no toilet paper or napkins. For a room with six beds, they left just two towels. When I asked for more, they said they didn't have enough for all the rooms and that giving us enough would leave them with none. They were rude, even though I asked politely. The prices aren't even that cheap, so don't be fooled into staying here. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. This is the worst hotel I've seen in my life. Even two-star hotels are better. It's not clean, the staff aren't polite, they don't put anything in the room, and they don't clean the rooms.

The rooms are great, and Family Mall is nearby, so that's good, I guess. They do have laundry, but it takes a while, and some of the Wi-Fi doesn't work. 😃

It's a nice place, but Family Fun is so close that sleeping is impossible. They play loud music from 9 in the morning until midnight.

The apartments weren't clean, and the service was terrible. The guy at the front desk had a serious attitude problem. The hotel is right beside a noisy amusement park.
