The staff were okay, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The rooms felt dingy, the bathrooms were gross, and there was just one towel for two people. Breakfast was atrocious. The hotel layout is confusing too: the lift’s floor numbers don’t match the actual floors. What it calls floor 10 is really the first floor. It’s overpriced for what you get.

My room was okay for a four-star hotel, but there wasn’t a clothes hanger and the TV signal was terrible. I asked the evening receptionist to get it fixed. First, I was told someone would come, then after an hour I was told five more minutes. Four hours passed, and the fixer never showed up. The same staff member kept saying he’d arrive, right up until my checkout the next day. A receptionist lying to customers is a terrible sign of hospitality in tourism.

The breakfast was delicious, the staff were very polite, and the hotel was wonderful and exceptionally clean. Every detail was excellent. I highly recommend visiting.

The smell was horrible, the rooms were dirty, and breakfast was very poor. I don’t recommend this place at all.

The toilet leaked throughout my stay, and there were no towels, slippers, or kettle. Service was really bad, and the staff weren’t polite when I asked them to fix things. The supervisor only showed up after that. Honestly, this hotel used to be one of my top choices four years ago.
