10/10
The rooms were so clean, and I really liked the little touches, like the brushes, soap, and qibla finder. Room service was quick and good, too. I had a really lovely stay, and the prices were affordable. There's also a cafeteria with free tea, cappuccino, and water, plus automatic lights in the corridors. Just perfect, I loved it and will come back soon! 😍

It's listed as a three-star hotel, though it looks more like a four-star place. I felt comfortable staying there.

The hotel is large, but it's old and poorly designed. It wasn't very clean, and the staff weren't very polite. Although it's rated three stars, it felt more like two.

Management was nice and the staff were good. Service was just average, and I'd rate the prices 6/10.
