The hotel was good overall, but the restaurant tables were badly worn and the place needs renovation. They also seemed short-staffed, and the service wasn't very good.

The noise made the hotel loud and uncomfortable, with disturbances at night. It wasn't a place to relax, and breakfast was very, very limited.

2/10
The room was too dark, the jacuzzi didn't work, and I was surprised that a five-star hotel didn't provide room slippers. Breakfast had very few choices, more like what I'd expect at a poorly rated hotel. Staff didn't help with our simple requests, and the reception wouldn't answer my calls, so I had to go downstairs myself. The hotel was noisy too. It was the worst experience, and I won't return or recommend it. Other hotels offer a much cheaper price, a much better location, more spacious rooms, friendlier staff, and a much better breakfast. I wouldn't waste $70 again.

Mariana Hotel in Erbil offers a comfortable, luxurious stay for business and leisure travelers, with modern design, high-end amenities, and attentive service. The spacious rooms have free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a minibar. Facilities include an indoor pool, fitness center, and spa. Staff are friendly and professional, and the central location gives easy access to attractions, restaurants, and shopping. There are varied dining options, with delicious dishes served in a sophisticated setting. I'd give Mariana Hotel five stars for its luxury, convenience, modern facilities, and outstanding service. It makes for a memorable stay.
