The staff made the biggest impression on me, especially Reception Manager Mr. Mohammed Nizar. He was clear and confident in English, and always ready to help with accommodation, transport, local information, or anything else we needed. He also teaches English, which shows in how professionally he communicates. His warm manner made the whole stay feel easy. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with tidy, well-kept rooms and efficient housekeeping. Staff were polite and cooperative, and the facilities made it easy to settle in. You can tell there’s care behind the organization and service. I had a great stay and would recommend it for the comfort and helpful staff.

We were in Mosul in May with a group from Spain, and the hotel made us feel at home. The reception and service were fantastic, and they even gave us a free tour of Mosul city. Such a great place to stay when you’re in town.

We had a great stay. The staff were kind and professional, and when there was a small problem with our room, they moved us straight away. Breakfast had a good variety, too. Booking through Messenger took just two minutes. When we arrived in town, the staff even spoke to our taxi driver by phone to guide him. The hotel isn’t right in the center, but it’s about a 10-minute walk to the city center. The place was nice and clean.

The staff and service really stood out. When we checked out, we found they’d even washed our car. The rooms were as expected, clean, with good wifi, and breakfast was better than at some of the other places we stayed that week.
