We found the place easily and it was easy to drive to. The stay was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed and more, including the hot tub and greenhouse.

The area around the house is pretty and well cared for, and there’s a very friendly dog who came over to say hi. The house was really clean, the tub was lovely, and it was the only place on our 12-night trip where we had a proper shower with a rigid plastic wall instead of a curtain. Great place, and the owner was great too. It was my favorite of the many places we stayed.

The owner’s dog greeting us in the morning and the visit to the greenhouse were highlights on our last morning. The beds were comfy, the Wi-Fi worked well, and having Netflix was a plus. We felt right at home, and the accommodations exceeded what we expected. The location was great for exploring the Snaefellsnes Peninsula and Borgarnes.

A spacious apartment in natural surroundings, with lots of birds in May and a beautiful river delta nearby.
