It's a nice place, but both shower drains were blocked. One shower left the entire bathroom covered in 1\2cm of water. There was even a shelf labeled "towels for the floor," so it seems to be an ongoing issue. We got no instructions on arrival, and the host didn't respond to any of our four messages over about five hours.

The guesthouse was clean and tidy, and worked perfectly for families. The host was friendly and replied quickly. There are a supermarket and a few restaurants nearby, and you can see Kirkjufell right from the guesthouse.

I chose this place for a visit to the peninsula and stayed one night. The location was very nice, everything was clean, and the rooms were great. I'd stay there again!

The bathrooms were modern and spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The armchairs in the living room were perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. This little guesthouse is such a comfy treasure, with really nice rooms. We enjoyed our stay a lot, and it was the nicest accommodation of our whole trip through Iceland!

We arrived really late, so being able to check in at practically any time was a big help. This cozy little guesthouse has three rooms for rent. Everything was clean, and the Wi-Fi was decent. I liked the little hand towels for guests. We didn't use the shared areas, but they looked nice and useful.
