Sunnuberg Guesthouse

The rooms were clean and ready as advertised, and the pool shown in the listing is only a couple hundred feet down the road. There isn't a laundry service. The place is off the beaten path, and there's a fabulous restaurant in the little town where we had wonderful food.

The grocery store, gas station, swimming pool, old town, two restaurants, and museum are right next door. Hofsos is a small village, so check opening hours before you go. Our stay was peaceful, and we felt at home. The rooms were clean and spacious, the beds were great, and we slept well. The bathrooms were nice too. The kitchenette worked well for the breakfast we took with us. We were very happy with the value for the price and with our lovely stay.

The view from the back parking area was amazing, though two cars were blocking spaces back there, which was annoying. The rooms were nice, but the shower temperature and pressure were a bit off. The kitchen is small and has glasses, cups, and plates. If you drink coffee, I'd get it from the gas station across the street, since there's no creamer or sugar at the house.

Hofsos is a town worth visiting, and its spectacular pool has incredible views. We stayed one night in this pretty good guesthouse. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and there's a small kitchen for preparing meals. There's a supermarket and gas station opposite, and Wi-Fi too.
