There was loads of room for the four of us, and the beds were really comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed, from coffee, fresh milk from the farm, tea bags, cooking oil, and spices. The bathroom was stocked too, with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. It's a beautiful, remote spot right by the fjord, with an amazing view. We had a great stay and I really recommend it.

We felt right at home in this gorgeous house on the coast. It was just right for our family of five, with three separate bedrooms, a TV with movies, a dining area, and a full kitchen with amenities. Definitely recommend it.

After a whole day in the car, it was great to have room to stretch out, and the beds were comfortable. The fresh milk was a lovely welcoming touch. Such a charming place, we loved staying here and would love to return for a longer visit.

Fresh milk was provided, and from May - August there are lots of Arctic Terns nesting on the grounds, which is awesome. The quaint little house has the basic amenities you'd want. A washer and dryer would be nice, but otherwise it's a pretty idyllic place.

We arrived after dark, so didn't really get a sense of the site until morning. Then we found ourselves right beside a crystal clear fjörd. After breakfast we walked down to the water, which I'd definitely recommend, and were surprised to see a seal swim past and pop its head up. The weather stayed windless and blue-skied for four days of our trip, which was a great start to the day. This was our first Icelandic cottage outside the capital, and we weren't disappointed. It was comfortable, well maintained, and well supplied for our stay. After a long day, we slept really well.
