The breakfast was wonderful. The two women preparing it did everything with such care and warmth, and the food was lovely. Tables seat four, so if you're a couple and the room is full, invite someone waiting to join you. We met a nice couple from Australia doing the Ring Road. Studies show people are happier when they're made to talk to strangers. On Sundays, nearby restaurants shut early, so get dinner before 19:00. The rooms are large and very clean, with everyone leaving their shoes at the door. The shower worked well and there was no trouble with hot water. The setting is beautiful and secluded, about 3 kilometers down a gravel road.

The only thing that disappointed us was the shower. The water never got warmer than lukewarm, which was uncomfortable, though not enough to take away a star. Everything else was amazing. The room was roomy, with heated floors, a comfy bed, and a lovely view of the field and mountains. It looked rustic outside in this remote setting, but inside it felt clean and surprisingly luxurious. Breakfast was included and amazing, and we barely heard the neighbors unless they were in the hallway. There wasn't staff on site, but they were easy to reach if anything came up, and check-in and checkout were very clear and simple. There was also a very sweet kitty on the grounds 🐈

The place is lovely and secluded, with sheep, birds, and a fluffy cat adding to the charm 🤍 The owners were incredibly kind and quick to respond, which made our stay delightful.

The rooms were spacious and very nice, and breakfast had a small buffet with delicious eggs. Check-in was easy even though we didn't get there until midnight after a long day of sightseeing and driving. They'd emailed the instructions a couple of days ahead, so remember to check your email. It was a great stop on our journey.

Everything had a clean, quiet, friendly and serene feel, with simple minimalist furnishings. Our room was a good size, very clean, and beautifully furnished. The breakfast buffet was lovely, with plenty to choose from. Very good value.
