The owners were so friendly, and I'll remember the animals too: the cat, dogs, and horses. We loved our stay. It was only three nights, and I wish we'd had more time, but being here made those nights even better.

There was plenty of snow during our two nights in January, but the cottage stayed warm and comfortable. The hosts were lovely and welcoming. Highly recommend it.

This little house is lovely, with a fantastic view of Krauma hot spring. The location worked perfectly for us, close to Húsafell (Into the Glacier) and still within reach of the Snæfellsnes peninsula and Grábrók crater.
