The owner is wonderful, and the place was really clean and nice. Breakfast was lovely and varied, and there were free Wi-Fi, coffee, and tea amenities in the room. I had a great stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Einar is truly lovely, and will offer you some Icelandic specialties if you like! The room was very nice, though the heating was barely enough in February. We had a wonderful night and I highly recommend the place.

We found it very good value, with spacious rooms and plenty of comfortable shared areas. Even with other guests sharing the apartment, which has three double rooms, there was room to relax. The buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful, and the hospitality was excellent.

There was a 40-degree hot spring pool, and an old man greeted us warmly. The room was clean, and its unusual feature was an escape ladder, since it was high enough that you could jump out the window.
