Room304 faces the main road, so it's very noisy.

Getting to Xiaozhu Supermarket took just a five-minute drive, and the city center was close too. We had room 303 on the road side. It was noisy, though things settled down later at night and we could sleep. The room itself was tight, and we had to move things around to fit two big suitcases when open. The communal kitchen felt cramped. There were no dishwasher instructions, so we couldn't tell how to run it, and it didn't seem to work. Clean and dirty dishes were mixed together, which was odd and a little disappointing. The two private parking spots mentioned by the owner are behind the house, down an alley, rather than on the road-facing side.

Getting checked in was simple: nobody was there in person, but they sent an access code. The place is close to the center, just a few minutes away on foot, though we usually drove. You can use one of two free spaces behind the property or park on the street. Our room was bright, cozy, very clean, and warm, with comfortable beds and a roomy shower. There is no TV, if that matters to you. Traffic outside was loud, unfortunately. Guests can use the kitchen, but breakfast isn't offered in winter. Good value for the money.

The room was neat and small, with a comfy bed, and the center was nearby. I'd skip the breakfast, though. There was no juice, no coffee beans for the machine, and no milk. For 23 euros, we got a croissant, a slice of bread, a pear, and a piece of cheese. Not much of a deal.
