Tower Suites Reykjavik

We got to check in early, which was a huge help since our flight landed very early in the morning. The room was spotless and quiet, and the views were spectacular. Breakfast in bed was delicious, especially the pastries and Skyr. A wonderful place to stay, and we’ll definitely come back on our next trip to Iceland!

The top floor of the building has around eight rooms, giving the place a special boutique hotel feel. The service was amazing, and the staff were brilliant, with nothing being a problem. Breakfast delivered to the room was both healthy and fantastic. Probably the best place to stay in Iceland.

We’ve just finished our second stay here, and the service was as exceptional as ever. The room was beautiful. We loved the complimentary breakfast on our first visit, especially the raspberry danish, so we were delighted to find that same pastry waiting when we arrived this time. They really notice the little details. Worth every penny.

The room service menu isn’t a thing here, but there are at least six restaurants within a block, in a very safe area. On the ninth floor there’s also a shared meeting space with soda, alcohol, milk, coffee, and light snacks. Breakfast is brought to your room at the time you choose, and it’s plentiful and delicious. Weekday parking is paid, and the lot is very small. This isn’t a typical hotel. It occupies the top floor of an office building, and you get check-in instructions by email before meeting the staff upstairs. The views are spectacular enough to distract from the instructions. I had corner suite #6, with breathtaking floor-to-ceiling windows on two walls. The suite was huge, the king bed with fine linens was extremely comfortable, and the modern bathroom had a separate toilet and a roomy shower with excellent water pressure. I strongly recommend it and plan to stay again.
