The kitchen was great, and the owner was really friendly. It's clean, quiet, spacious, and well equipped. This is a lovely place to stay.

The owners were friendly and generous, and we enjoyed meeting travelers from all over. It's a cozy house with the things you need: hot water, a nice shower, and a comfortable room. There's also a washing machine and a dryer for an extra cost, plus a big kitchen with modern cookers. We loved our stay.

We needed somewhere at the last minute, and the hosts still gave us a warm welcome. The house is in a modest-sized town near the Golden Circle, and it had a sauna and hot tub that we didn't use. It felt more like an Airbnb, with guests clearly staying in a spare room in someone's home. The garage had been turned into basic guest showers and a bathroom. It worked well for a quick overnight before leaving Iceland.

It's quiet and comfortable, and the hosts are genuinely friendly and go out of their way to meet your needs. The kitchen and bathroom are great too.

We stayed one night in this house in Selfoss. The owners live there with the guests, and the bathroom isn't private. You share the kitchen, dining area, and living room with them. Our room was against the kitchen wall, so we could hear them cooking and talking.
