Hotel Terme Roma

I especially liked the spa and mud therapy centre. The staff there were pleasant and professional, and reception were friendly and very helpful. Thanks to Lyudmila for helping with the booking and giving us advice. The pools are comfortable and stay open late in the evening. Breakfast was sufficient, rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed, and there is parking on site. The hotel is in the city centre, and we definitely want to come back.

Breakfast was not bad, but I still didn't feel like I was staying at a four-star hotel. The rooms are old-fashioned, the towels were dirty, and the bathroom door was broken. I didn't like it at all.

The rooms were well maintained, but the mattress was very hard. The restaurant service was slow, with a fairly long wait even on days when it wasn't very busy. This didn't feel like a four-star hotel experience.

The staff were extremely friendly and social, and eager to help with any request. The price is fair, the food is good, it's wheelchair friendly, and there is parking. There are lots of green spaces and shops nearby. You can also use the free bikes and gym. Daily activities are offered, and the gala dinner was my favourite, with awesome food and a pianist. It is a very formal dinner. Food was good at other times too. There is plenty here: two pools, one on the rooftop and another on the first floor with an outdoor section, three types of sauna, massage rooms, mud therapy, a lounge, dining room, bar, aqua gym, relaxation rooms, and other activities. The hotel also has some security and health hazards. There was one lifeguard for three pools, shower safety cords were tied up, some plates, bathrobes, and mini fridges were dirty, and the fire resistant doors weren't connected to the magnet. Signs of age include broken door handles and cracked light bulbs. Noise travels through the walls and ceiling, and there was constant noise near the parking lot. I recommend telling staff about any food allergies because there are no visible food labels or warnings. At first glance it seems like a four-star hotel, but looking closer I'd rate it three. If you're after a perfect, luxurious vacation, I wouldn't recommend it. For a few days of enjoyment when little details don't matter to you, it could suit you.
