The hotel has a lot of potential, but the service made our stay unpleasant. Maybe it was selective toward non-Italian guests. The room's air conditioning didn't cool enough and made it very humid. The pools closed at 19.00, and the attendant kept reminding us exactly how many minutes we had left. At check-in, the receptionist knew we were going to the pool but didn't mention that bathing caps were required, so we had to rush back to reception. When we returned from dinner at 11.30pm, the night receptionist told us to move our motorbikes because he said we'd parked in a space for electric cars. That wasn't true. Asking us to move them would have been fine, but his aggressive way of speaking wasn't.
