What a horrifying night. KO drops in the drink. Never again, and even one star feels like too much.

It was €170 for the two of us just to get through the door, before cocktails. Inside, it felt like a jungle, the music kept repeating, and everything was completely disorganized. We had no idea where to go or what we were supposed to do.

The staff were helpful and courteous, and the location was breathtaking. I'd recommend it to everyone.

After yesterday, I swore I'd never go back. They should refund what people spent getting to the venue and pay us for the day's work we lost over that evening. When events seem organized just to make a quick buck, tension builds both inside and in the entry lines. That leads to fights and people feeling ill. Some people refuse to go in when they're still stuck in line at 3:00 am after arriving at midnight.

The service was terrible for what you pay. We waited 30 minutes for cocktails in a huge line, and the bartender ignored us. The music in the rooms was always the same, and they even let minors in. Just disorganized.
