The room was a perfectly adequate size, and the check-in and checkout system was modern and worked well. We also appreciated the daily cleaning, fresh water bottles, and the very nice cleaner we met. It's a great location, about 5-10 minutes from the Trevi Fountain and 3 minutes from Zara. Still, after four nights I was disappointed. At around €160 a night, the water being almost always barely lukewarm or cold was unacceptable. The pillows were incredibly thin. The toilet flush kept running unless you pressed the button again, and the mini-fridge barely cooled anything. Two mornings in a row we had to leave the apartment at 10:00 AM while they serviced the air conditioning. For that price, being disturbed like that is unheard of. It lives up to its name: "quick and dirty," neither great nor terrible, and not the best value in Rome.
